Anti-Social Forces Policy
Pro.D LLC (hereinafter 'the Company') declares, from the perspective of corporate social responsibility, that it will have no relationship whatsoever with antisocial forces (organized crime groups, gang members, related businesses, corporate extortionists, etc.) and establishes the following policy. (Note: This is sample text and will be replaced before launch.)
1. Basic Policy
The Company will refuse any relationship with antisocial forces and respond firmly to any unjust demands. The Company will also cooperate with external specialist organizations such as the police and attorneys to prevent damage from antisocial forces.
2. Response Principles
The Company will not comply with unjust demands from antisocial forces.
- We will not engage in transactions or relationships with antisocial forces under any name or pretext.
- Unjust demands will be handled as an organization-wide response.
- No funds will be provided to antisocial forces under any pretext.
- We will take necessary legal action through both civil and criminal means.
3. Application to Members
If a member of the Service is found to be an antisocial force, the Company will immediately revoke membership and suspend all services being provided.
4. Cooperation with External Organizations
If we receive unjust demands from antisocial forces, we will promptly consult external organizations such as the police, violence prevention promotion centers, and attorneys.
5. Dissemination of This Policy
This policy will be communicated to all directors and employees, and the exclusion of antisocial forces will be enforced through ongoing education.
