Supplementary Rules
These Supplementary Rules are set by Pro.VISION FOUNDERS (operated by Pro.D LLC, hereinafter 'the Company') and should be read together with the Terms of Service. (Note: This is sample text and will be replaced before launch.)
Article 1 (Project Listings)
To list a project on the Service, the conditions separately agreed upon with the Company must be met. The Company has the final authority to approve or reject listings.
Even after a project is listed, the Company may suspend or remove it if it violates laws, these Rules, or is otherwise deemed inappropriate.
Article 2 (Goal Amount & Period)
The goal amount and support period for each project are as stated on the project page.
The support period may be extended or shortened at the Company's discretion. Such changes take effect upon notification to members.
Article 3 (Return Delivery)
Returns will be provided around the scheduled date stated on the project page. Members will be notified in advance if delays occur due to manufacturing or shipping.
Return content, design, or specifications may change during the production process.
Article 4 (Cancellations)
Cancellations after support is confirmed are generally not accepted. Exceptions apply if a project is cancelled or if specific grounds defined by the Company exist.
Article 5 (EXP Awards)
Members may receive EXP (experience points) for support made through the Service, in accordance with rules set separately by the Company.
EXP award conditions, amounts, and usage may change at the Company's discretion.
Article 6 (Fees)
Fees arising from use of the Service shall follow the rates set separately by the Company.
Article 7 (Amendments)
The Company may amend these Rules without prior notice when deemed necessary. Amended Rules take effect upon publication on this page.
