Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of Pro.VISION FOUNDERS (operated by Pro.D LLC, hereinafter 'the Company'). Please read carefully before using the service. (Note: This is a sample text and will be replaced before launch.)
Article 1 (General Provisions)
These Terms of Service ('Terms') set the conditions for use of Pro.VISION FOUNDERS ('Service') operated by Pro.D LLC ('Company'). Members must agree to these Terms to use the Service.
The Company may amend these Terms without prior notice when deemed necessary. Amended Terms take effect upon publication on this page.
Article 2 (Definitions)
Terms used in this document are defined as follows:
- "Member" means an individual or entity registered with the Service.
- "Project" means a crowdfunding campaign published on the Service by an athlete or maker.
- "Support" means a financial contribution made by a member to a project.
- "Return" means the product or benefit provided in exchange for support.
Article 3 (Registration)
Member registration shall be completed using the method prescribed by the Company. The Company may revoke membership if any registration information is found to be false.
Members shall promptly update their registration information if any changes occur.
Article 4 (Support & Payment)
Members shall support projects in accordance with the terms stated on each project page. Cancellations after support is confirmed are generally not accepted.
Treatment of support when a project does not reach its goal shall follow the terms stated on each project page.
Article 5 (Prohibited Conduct)
Members must not engage in the following conduct:
- Conduct that violates laws or these Terms
- Conduct that infringes the rights or interests of the Company or third parties
- Conduct that disrupts the operation of the Service
- Registering or providing false information
- Any other conduct deemed inappropriate by the Company
Article 6 (Changes & Suspension)
The Company may change the content of the Service or suspend its provision without prior notice to members. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by members as a result.
Article 7 (Disclaimer)
The Company shall not be liable for damages incurred by members in connection with the Service, except in cases of the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Project content, quality, and return delivery are matters between members and the athlete/maker; the Company is not a direct party.
Article 8 (Governing Law & Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Fukuoka District Court as the court of first instance.
